Hi Julius,
I have created the file, but I can't see how to attach a file here - can you send me instructions on how to do so?
I heard that run time errors could have something to do with memory conflicts. I have run a memory check upon start-up and I did not get an error message back. Could there be a conflicting program?

I have Windows 7 in a new computer purchased Feb 2012. On April 18, 2013 I started having a problem where windows live would give me a message 'User Account Control - Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?' The program location: C: Program Files(x86)windows livemailwlmail.exe . In order to open mail, had to click 'Yes'. Mail would open but resolution was low (640x480). Any attachments to email would also be low resolution. I found that looking in properties for windows live mail compatibility that a box was checked 'run in 640x480 resolution'. I unchecked the box and resolution is now OK. Now I still get the same message as before - in order to open mail need to check 'Yes'. Also sometimes when I turn on the computer, I cannot get on the internet - need to restart the computer.
What happened on April 18th to cause this problem? How do I get rid of the 'User Account Control' message to open Window Live Mail?
